7 Minutes Workout

Introduction

This is the basic help for the gamapp (“gamified app”) 7 Minutes Workout. If you need more help or some clarification, please add a comment to this post and we’ll answer ASAP.

First things first. This gamapp is inspired by an article in the New York Times about a scientific-based fitness method. As said in that article, the only things you need are a chair, a wall and yourself.

  1. Shame this has much less functionality on android than IOS. Developers please add the same functionalities such as voice reminders lives etc apart from that a great workout app I wonder how many calories it burns per circuit?

  2. Hey there! I just switched to an android and discovered that the awesome prompts have disappeared from existence. Is this just my phone being uncooperative or does the android version of this app not have them?

  3. Oh my goodness…LoL, OK, clearly these exercises are meant for people who are already somewhat fit, and already know what all these exercises ARE, and how to do them properly…
Just finished my first round. I love the idea, but I’ll have to learn what “plank” is, and get in better shape before this is very useful for me. Excellent concept, though! However, one thing… You need more than just a wall & chair–you can’t do Steps on a chair, you need a step or stool, too.

    1. Thanks for your comments!

You are right, we should have explained the exercises in a better way. And we should have clarified that the chair must be small 😉

We’ll improve the help and the app’s description on Google Play.
